Returns/Refunds/Warranties: Our products are 100% guaranteed against defective materials and workmanship only. This includes our custom items as well as the name-brand items we carry (Galco, Hunter, Triple K, Bianchi, etc. All custom holsters and rifle slings are hand-inspected and approved before shipping. However, should something slip by us and your holster is found to be defective in material or workmanship, we will REMAKE the holster or rifle sling for you. We do not stock custom leather holsters. Each handgun holster is made to order for each specific customer. Consequently we accept custom holster returns ONLY for remake - not for refunds.
For returned items, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed. If you wish to return an item, please call or email us first for an authorization number. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS. Returns must be made within 5 days of receiving merchandise and must be returned in UNUSED condition as determined by us.
We caution against the use of custom, worn, or broken guns, and guns of basically inferior quality. We also caution against the use of any accessories which might interfere with the proper and safe fit of the gun in the holster, including such accessories as oversize hammers, trigger shoes, oversize grips, and grip adapters.
Lone Star Holsters cautions against the use of it’s products by persons untrained or inexperienced in the use of firearms. careless or negligent usage of any firearm with or without these products may be dangerous and result in injury or death. Finger must be kept clear of the trigger and hammer when inserting or removing a firearm to or from it’s holster. Physical activity may cause any firearm to fall from any holster.
The purchase and use of these products is done at the sole and exclusive risk of the user and/or buyer. The manufacturer and it’s distributors expressly limit their liability to repair or replacement, at the manufacturer’s discretion, of any custom made product determined to be defective in materials or workmanship at the time of purchase. Products have been inspected prior to shipment from the manufacturer; however, the user/buyer should inspect the product before use.
Custom Holsters: All custom holsters are made using high-quality Hermann Oak leather backs. Verginia Oaks leather is used for the double shoulder rigs. The leather is hand picked and each custom holster is hand stained according to your specifications. Depending upon the season and outside weather conditions during the staining process and because each piece of leather will respond to the coloring slightly differently, you may notice a slight variation from the product shown in the picture.
Payment Options: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Paypal, Cashiers Check. Personal checks are welcome but will delay shipment until the check has cleared.
Taxes: 6.25% sales tax will be charged on items purchased within the state of Texas.
Shipping: Any damaged or lost shipments must be reported to the carrier immediately for proper claim handling. Shipping charges are non-refundable on returned items.
